The production chain is guaranteed by Unaprol, which allows to trace the product from the field to the bottle, so to better protect the consumer.

In 2015 we picked the olives from the trees between september 21 and 26, and we are satisfied about the production .

We controlled every step of the picking and production, as usual,  selecting carefully the olives so to guarantee a high quality standard .

In june we started the process to certificate our EXTRA-VIRGIN oil as ORGANIC.
