Extra-virgin olive oil, superior category, obtained directly from the olives and solely by mechanical means.
Oil produced in Italy with olives cultivated in Italy - in the Buonivini and Vaddeddi hamlets of Noto, in the South-East of Sicily, where two seas meet.
The olives are hand picked in September and the oil is extracted within 12 hours.
